退款上诉截止日期
与学分课程有关的学费退款上诉必须在学生首次注册该课程的两年内以书面形式提交给入学服务主任, 除非有充分的理由证明延误. 书面申诉和文件将由学费退款申诉小组审查，以确定学生是否证明有足够的情况保证退款. 该团队的决定是最终的，并将书面通知学生的决定.
情有可原的情况下
你的上诉必须说明你要求退还学费的理由. 具体说明日期并附上证明文件(医疗证明), 医生的信, 转让书, 或任何其他说明要求退款的日期和原因的信息).
没有独立文件，上诉不予受理.
不构成上诉充分根据的情况包括, 但不会局限于, 以下几点:
- Dropping a course because of a low grade; or
- Deciding that course is too difficult or there is not enough time to meet course objectives; or
- Arrest or incarceration; or
- Academic or disciplinary dismissal; or
- 已知健康状况, injury or illness that has not changed materially since the time of enrollment in the course; or
- Financial hardship or lack of financial aid; or
- 志愿服兵役.
